Good day.

Is it possible in ZOHO FORMS (not creator) to automatically transfer certain entries like name and surname to another form. 

Example if there is a question set in my one form can it automatically be transferred into a second form. 

If I have an assessment form and a validation form. Both have similar fields and questions. 

 

I hope I've made myself clear. I can't find any information online.
