Okay, so I am doing social media managing for someone. They have made me a full admin on their FB page which is a business page, I have logged into my FB page (which is a personal page) and have connected their business page to their Insta. I have also asked them to try connecting the ZOHO to their insta so my FB page is not involved in the least and when we try to connect Insta all it says is "There seems to be a problem" 

NO INFORMATION on what that problem is.  Any idea WHY Insta wouldn't connect?
