Does zoho live support (chat) integrate with zoho crm?
1. We want to be able to create and manage leads/contacts while working in Live Support. Is there a way to do this?
2. We want to be able to associate the chat record with the contact (along with emails and phone calls), so we can later have a full picture of the communications. Is there a way to do this?
3. We are really looking for an enterprise class livesupport integration (like salesforce + liveperson). Is this something we can do in zoho?
