Integrate Zoho with ECM?
I'm curious if anyone in the community has attempted an integration between Zoho Docs and an enterprise content management (ECM) solution. While Zoho Doc's collaboration tools are working well for our organization, Zoho's file storage model based around individual users, its lack of document management workflow, and lack of shared tags are all factors that limit our usage of Zoho Docs as an ECM.
What I'm hoping is to find someone who can report on experiences integrating Zoho Docs for its collaboration tools with an ECM application like Alfresco that would serve as the file repository, to maintain taxonomy and meta data, and provide a workflow structure.
