Hi,

We are a B2B Saas product for small and medium retailers. I marketing automation and service product. However, my biggest challenge is that the data for everything comes from the product. When a person activates a particular feature in the product, I want to be able to track them, nurture them and convert them. 

I am unable to find resources or demo that can help me with the same.
