Hi all,

Why is it that sometimes when I have a form and I want to integrate it with Zoho Recruiter it requires candidate status and sometimes is doesn't?

And how can i connect the candidate status to a form? The candidates use the form to provide additional information, they don't know thier status so we can't ask them to fill it in.
