We just signed up for Zoho Forms and have been working with CRM for a while. What we are trying to accomplish is to associate a form with a specific Account in CRM. For example, we have a site survey that needs to be filled out for each new Account and want to link the survey the specific account. We are trying to have all of the information specific to a customer input into the CRM.
I'm not sure if this is the best way to accomplish this, but I'd like for someone to fill out a form and then have it automatically attached to the CRM account.
