I'm not which end is messed up, or if we did it, or if there's a bug, or what.

Our integration with Etsy is not working correctly.  Sales orders and inventory are not regularly pulling in from Etsy, and  tax calculation on 2 of the orders that did manage to upload is not converting to tax on the invoice.  Sales tax is integrating in as Etsy tax of 0%.

Is there a way to deintegrate and try again, or is there probably something else wrong?
