Integration with paypal is not working

Your work to integrate paypal with forms is great. However when I try to integrate it with my form, I keep getting this error message from paypal (see below) ; I've checked my email address and is it corresponding to my paypal account. I have a paypal buisness standard account. Any ideas why it is not working?
