Intermittent email through IMAP (Dec 2021)

I have been dealing with an intermittent problem for some weeks now.  Every so often, I cannot access and send my Zoho email using Outlook on Windows.  I can access and send fine using Zoho on the web.  I've worked with tech support through email on this several times.  As a left coast US user, I have had trouble finding a time for a phone call with Zoho.  I can document on another computer - and that it doesn't happen with Gmail through Outlook.   I have fast internet service at this time.  I see some entires on this issue on the community - but they mostly are some time ago.  

This happened (and is still happening) on 25 Dec at noon PT.   

I'm interested to see if others have this problem at this time.  It would help me enormously in my diagnosis of the problem.  Thanks.
