I would like to ask anyone who might have the solution for this.

I am creating a service repair form in zoho forms, where the form will be sent out to the customer eventually for their records.

However, I would like to have a portion of the same form purely for internal use, where it will not be sent out to the customer upon submitting.

I would really like these two, customer records and internal records to be within the same form.
