We arrange interviews for our clients and track them within Recruit.  We don't send interview confirmations via Recruit because we can't add external interviewers. 

When I save the interview, it asks if we want to send a confirmation... we click Do Not Send.... and it STILL sends the interview confirmation!!!  How can I stop this happening?
