Introducing customizable widgets in the Zoho Desk iOS app

Hello All,

 

In the latest version (v2.5.11) of the Zoho Desk mobile app, we have introduced two new widgets, one to view the ticket stats and the other one to view the tickets list. You can customize these widgets based on the custom views that you have in the Zoho Desk app.

 

You can use the ticket stats widget to view the total count of tickets in the respective view and the tickets list widget to view the ticket information such as the ticket id, subject, Status of the ticket etc.

You can easily customize the widgets by following the steps mentioned below:

  1. Long press the widget that you have on your screen

  2. Select 'Edit Widget' option

  3. Select the respective 'Department' and 'View' as per your convenience

You can update the app to the latest version (v2.5.11) directly from the App Store or by clicking the link below.
