Introducing 'Dark Theme' in the Zoho Desk Android App!

We wish you all a Happy New Year :)! 

 

This New Year, we have given a new look to our Zoho Desk App icon to give it an all new and refreshing look.

Also, we are delighted to let you know that we have brought in support for 'Dark theme' feature in the Zoho Desk Android app. 

 

You can now experience enhanced readability, save battery life and run through your tickets with ease. 

 

In the latest version of the Zoho Desk app, you can enable the Dark theme from the on-boarding screen i.e.,if you are accessing the app for the first time after updating it to the latest version (or) from within the Zoho Desk mobile app Settings. 

 

Follow the steps mentioned below to enable the 'Dark theme' feature from within the Zoho Desk app Settings.

 

1. Go to Zoho Desk app. 


2. Settings. 


3. Enable 'Dark theme', under 'Themes' section. 

 

You can refer to the screenshot attached below for better understanding: 

In Android 9 and above devices, you can allow the Zoho Desk app to follow the device theme by enabling the 'Follow Device Theme' option. 

In Android 8 and below devices, if the battery saver option is enabled on the device and if you would like the Zoho Desk app to follow the battery saver settings, you can toggle on the 'Follow Battery Saver' option (this option will be available based on the manufacturer).
