Invoice notification emails not arriving with clients
Good afternoon,
Over the last few weeks we've noticed that our invoice notification emails are very often not arriving with our clients.
Nothing has changed at our end in terms of the email from address or the email content.
The emails have always included the invoice as a pdf attachment and the long link to the online invoice so not sure why this has just started happening. I've asked clients to check their spam/junk folders too. In some cases they find the emails there, but in other cases the emails never arrive at all.
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Can Zoho provide guidance on what might be the issue?
