iPad 3 app sync issue - duplication of accounts

I use a iPad 3 with the CRM app. Since day 1 using this app, the accounts list duplicates every account each time I log in. It only does this on the accounts module and none of the other modules are effected. I have reloaded the app many times and the same pattern occurs. The first time the data is downloaded the account list module is correct. The next day I launch the app and all the account records are duplicated. I have gone up to 6 duplicate accounts.
Again, this is only occurring on the accounts list module. I also have a iPad 1 which did have the issue but lately it seems to have been corrected.
