iPad and email options

iPad and email options

I just purchased iPads for my sales team, and they are eager to get started.  One thing that I notices is that the email option is not available in the ZOHO app.  Is this by design or have I missed a setup step?  What is the recommended way for my sales team to use the app and communication with customers?  Just use their normal Gmail account when using their iPad?  

Any help on defining the right process would be much appreciated.
