The desktop version has lots of customization, including the ability to add your own images such as a adding your company logo at the top of the form. However, my iPad only shows a plain template with ability to only change the accent color.

What are the limitations for the app version of these forms? and if I purchased the basic plan, will I be able to  at least see my companies logo at the top of the form?
