Is anyone using the UPS integration with Zoho?

Is anyone using the UPS integration with Zoho?

We just started using the UPS integration so print labels directly from Zoho Inventory (& Books), however we're running into some quite severe limitations;

#1: There is no way to bill the shipment to the recipient's UPS account.

#2: The label doesn't show the 'Attention' field from the Ship-to address on the Sales Order.

Is anyone actually using the UPS integration, and if so how to do you work around these problems?
