Is it possible to build a report to show all candidates ever submitted to a client?

Is it possible to build a report to show all candidates ever submitted to a client?

I built a report that show candidates currently submitted, but can't figure out how to make one that shows all candidates that we ever submitted to that client. Regardless of current associated status. Is that possible?
