Is it possible to build an online front-end estimate builder for customers to mix and match Books items and create an estimate for themselves?

Better yet, have a few pre-built "packages" which they can either order as is, or add more items to create a custom estimate on their own? Once we approve on our end, they'd convert to invoice? This would save many businesses sooo much time!

If so, what Zoho apps might be required? If there are several ways, which are the easiest for those having basic programming skills?
