ChatGPT said I could do a reverse sync to ensure that engagement data such as opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes are automatically sent back to Zoho CRM from a Zoho Campaign. I can't see where I can sync something like this. I have the other Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaign sync set up but can't see where/how to do a reverse one.  Any ideas please if this is not a hallucination? Or have I completely misunderstood this?
