Is there a way to add a chat option to the webinar?
I held my first webinar yesterday, and people kept saying they couldn't see each others questions. I see the Q&A is only visible to the poster and the host. Is there a way to make it into a chat box? Most webinars I attend, people can see each other's posts so it's like a conversation. I asked for responses about whether they could see my shared screen and hear the audio, and people responded and it showed up as a question. I'd much prefer a chat box to a private Q&A during a group presentation.
