Is there a way to copy all of the notes in a notebook at once?

Is there a way to copy all of the notes in a notebook at once?

I am a teacher and would like to be able to take anecdotal notes of my students in Notebook.  I would need several different notebooks with notes for each child's name to this effectively.  I would rather not  have to type my student's names repeatedly to do this.  Also, a feature for ABC order, and the ability to choose to mark by date instead of time would be great!
