Hello, 

I'm working on a lead interest form for a healthcare provider.  We offer telehealth services, but we are not able to operate in all U.S. States.  I would like a way to immediately deny submissions on Zoho Forms, so that they don't have to go through our long, complex form and answer sensitive questions about their health only to find out that they are not eligible for services in their state.
