I have customized my candidate form to include picklists for race and gender, to help my organization meet its federal reporting requirements for affirmative action.  However, I tried to include our nondiscrimination language explaining that the questions are voluntary and the system wouldn't allow me to save the form until I cut the character length down.

Is there a way to include a long block of text that the candidates will see above the question?
