Is there an app for issuing Items to user in zoho(Internally)

I have been using Zoho for the last 2years but I have never encountered or figured an app that can be used by businesses to issue items internally:
Scenario:
Imagine if a company orders items, lets us assume cameras, which will be issued to a certain user in the organization for a specific number of days, and they should return.

or maybe they should not even be returned at all. Maybe there were items which they will be used by the company to provide support to their customers.
