Is there any way to stop sending emails to yourself?

Is there any way to stop sending emails to yourself?

When I create a new task and assign it to someone else, Zoho sends me an email.
I know that a new task has been created because I CREATED IT !
Is there some way to stop Zoho sending me emails for actions that I perform?
