We are switching from Xero to Zoho and find Zoho much more powerful. However one important area where Xero is far ahead is the speed and ease of reconciliation, and they are even much further ahead in the ability to recode transactions. In Xero you can recode hundreds of transactions in 60 seconds. In Zoho it could take an hour plus going through them one by one.

These features are especially important for accountants and bookkeepers, which Zoho needs as partners to help grow Zoho Books, and who are unlikely to recommend your product without being able to quickly recode. I hope improving these areas is a high priority not only to save users time, but also so you can create an army of bookkeepers and accountants recommending your product.
