Issue with Attachments

I'm finding that my clients attach screen shots to their emails to create bugs and or tasks. If they simply paste the image into the email it doesn't come through. Naturally It needs to be added as an attachment instead of an embedded image.

I'd love to see a change in this behavior, but cant think how you might do this but would be handy.
