Hello. Hope you guys doing well.

I've been unable to create a chat directly from an email. This is a feature that we use on a daily basis at our organization, so the fact that is unavailable right now affects our daily work routine. Hope any of zoho staff/employee could do something about it, or create a report. I've been unable to generate a report or something similar.

When I click the "Start a chat over an email feature" everything works perfectly (I'm pointing with an arrow the feature that we usually click).

But when I assign a team member to the conversation and then click "start" The next error shows up and the chat isn't created.

Hope you guys can help me.
