I'm experiencing an issue with the date placeholder formatting in Zoho Desk's Ticket ID customization. Specifically, when using the `{{DD}}` placeholder for the day in the prefix or suffix, the output displays the day as a single digit (e.g., "5" instead of "05") for single-digit days. 

I expected the `{{DD}}` placeholder to format single-digit days with a leading zero (e.g., "05" for the fifth day of the month). This inconsistency creates a lack of uniformity in ticket IDs, especially when dynamic placeholders are combined with static text.

Could you please look into this or suggest a workaround for ensuring a consistent two-digit format for days in ticket IDs?
