Hi, 

I have seen the documentation which outlines how to lock specific content within a Writer document so that it can't be modified by collaborators, but I have come across an issue.

When  the editor locks a paragraph for example, then a collaborator can't make changes to that paragraph which is what is expected.

However I have found that a collaborator can simply select the locked paragraph and then unlock it, allowing them to make changes.

Is this how it is meant to work and if so is there a way for an editor to *really* lock specific content?
