Issue with picklist
Dear Zoho Team,
whilst using zoho recruit I noticed an issue with the picklist: There is one value in the picklist. The field is mandatory - I use it as a confirmation that users accept the terms of use. When the form is being opened, the field is empty and shows "- select -", as you can see in picture 1:

Then the user select the only value available "Ja, bin ich". Unfortunately, even though a value has been selected as required, a red message apears and states that a value must be entered. You can see this in picture 2:

Now. The only way to make the message disapear and to submit the application is to click again on the field and on the form. See picture 3:

Could you pls. fix this? Users could get really annoyed by this issue and may therefore abort the application process.
