Issue with Web Integration Forms

Issue with Web Integration Forms

Using the free version of ZOHO.  Trying to create a Web-to-Lead form and publish it to a Google Site.  Documentation all says this is available on the free version (limited to 1 Web-to-Lead form).

problem is, we are not seeing any "Publish Form" area on the page.  After the Email Notification area, there is nothing but "Save & Next" button.  Clicking this brings you to the Result page with the created HTML.  Never gives any option of publishing to Google Site.

Help please.
