Issue with Zoho Help Portal – Tickets Missing or Not Answered

I think there may be an issue with the Zoho Help Portal.

  1. I opened a few tickets directly in the help portal a some time ago but never received any response 

  2. I also opened ticket 148356451 by email. I did receive a reply to it, but the ticket itself (and the reply) do not appear in the help portal.

From what I see:

  • Tickets opened via email are not showing up in the help portal.

  • Tickets opened directly in the help portal are not being answered.

This leads me to suspect there might be a problem with the sync/connection between your Zoho Desk system and the Help Portal. Considering there was recent maintenance work on the Help Portal, maybe this is related?

In general, I prefer to open tickets directly in the portal, but when I do send them by email, they should also appear there—and right now, that’s not happening.

Could you please check this issue?
