Issue with ZoHo Recruit not recognizing a new User - no access
Hello, Please provide me with a response as soon as possible. We added a new User to our Organization. All was going fine until we also added her to ZoHo CRM. Now, ZoHo Recruit does not recognize her as part of our Organization and she does not have any access to our database. A completely different ZoHo recruit shows up upon her signing in which also informs her that her trial period ends in 15 days. She is not ON a trial period for ZoHo REcruit. We are PAID members and she needs access to our database. Please contact me as soon as possible to provide us with a solution. I can be reached at
