Issues with certain CRM, Desk & webhook blocks in Guided Conversations

Good day

I have been attempting to add a block on our guided conversations, which give our customers relavent information based on their queries. The issue is that when I attempt to use a block that fetches data I get the following error popup: Cannot Generate AccessToken. This issue appears on the CRM block, all the Desk blocks (with the exception of the Transfer to Agent Block) and the webhook block. This issue makes it impossible to develop a work around, as I attemped to do so via webhooks (having the block call a custom function in CRM to get the necessary data) because whenever I attempt to refresh the connections tab, the error appears and the list does not return any of my connections

Assistance resolving this will be greatly appreciated
