Issues receiving mail

Zoho only receives some of my emails. Even if emails originate from the same place, I get maybe one in ten emails.
Example, I made game purchase that send a nearly identical email, from the same company email address, for each game. Zoho mail only shows one email, I know I was sent at least a dozen.
MX Records are mx.zoho.com, mx2.zoho.com, and mx3.zoho.com, with priority 10, 20, and 30 respectively.
Mail has been working fine for a long time and only recent;y have I seen issues.
