Hi there, I had a free account, but now I have upgraded to Mail Lite. I have my own domain

Before I using Zoho, I used to read my emails in Gmail with Streak plug in - which allows us to track if email has been read, open and how many times. From my understanding, Zoho mail doesn't have this feature so I wanted to do either use an external app like Mailspring or Gmail again.

I have downloaded Mailspring and I followed instructions with IMAP setting, but I keep getting errors even though my password is correct. So I thought an alternative and use again GMAIL. But I'm bit confused as instructions here seems to bring emails from Gmail to Zoho. 

Can you please provide instructions how I can read and send emails directly in gmail so I can keep using my Streak plug in? Or any other alternative that works?
