It all starts with a letter
We wanted to send a marketing letter to a set of contacts. We followed the advice given on this page
https://www.zoho.com/recruit/helpnew/zoho-integrations/zoho-docs/create-mailmerge-document-zoho-writer.html - spent a long time editing the template, getting it just right. Went on to part two, followed the instructions but cannot find the the More Actions > Mail Merge.
So then we spot the note.... "
- You will be able to choose the Zoho Writer option only if you are in the Professional or Enterprise Edition and if you have the Zoho Writer add-on permission enabled.
Firstly, what is the 'Professional' edition??? The subscription choices are 'Free', 'Standard' and 'Enterprise'.
Assuming Professional means Standard (which is what we are subscribed to) how does one find the Zoho Writer add-on permission - in order to check to see if it's enabled (we are kind of assuming that by the virtue of being able to create a merge template in Zoho Writer, we are already 'permission enabled')
And assuming we are enabled, finally, why doesn't it work??
