Job board integration issue

All of a sudden my job board, which is integrated into our company web site is not formatted properly. I utilized an Iframe. The first landing page is correct, where it lists my menus and jobs. However, if you click on a job and it is supposed to pull up in a floating window (which does work properly inside zoho or if you go directly to the zoho link) you cannot view but the top portion of the job. There is no scroll bar on the right, and in fact you can manipulate the scroll bar under it, which seems weird. You cannot scroll down or see the entire job. I've re done the Iframe and tried numerous settings.
