1) When posting a job in recruit out to the job boards, the intermediary form asks for the salary range for the position as a drop-down list. The values are super low. The top for example is 10K+
This in turn is now showing up prominently in the all of the job postings. How do we get that fixed? I don't see any option to change the list items in the list box. The job board integration "Map the fields" feature doesn't seem to provide any accordance for changing these values.
The impact is that all jobs are getting aggregated to job boards with incorrect salary information.
2) Picklist field types are not getting converted to text. Instead, an error message is displayed asserting field data type incompatibility. For example, we have a pick-list for educational qualification requirements, whereas it is asking for a text field. I would assert this conversion should be implicit. It should be easy enough to convert from a picklist value to a text field, numeric to text, etc. This is causing some heartache today.
