Job-candidate-relation

I would like to be able to access the relation object between the candidate and the job, the specific "job application". First of all I would like this relation to be visible in recruit as an object, I would also like to be able to add custom values to this relation. Today I can reach the relation through analytics. For example I would like to be able to change the application status and put the application date into views. Also I would like to attach different CV:s to different applications + I would like to keep track of the source of the application.
