Job Openings View - Can I Add An Extra Column?

I am new to Zoho and for the most part I've found it very easy to navigate... however I can't seem to work out how to change the job openings view. At the moment, it has three columns - Posting Title, Position Status and Client Name. I want to add a fourth column there - Industry. How do I tweak the view in order to allow this? Any help would be greatly appreciates!
