i have a form with many input fields

some of them hold the result of some calculations

what i need to find out is there is a way to made the box area of the input field smaller

all it need two boxes one that holds 7 numbers including a decimal eg 235.25 (max) and the other 3 characters eg lbs and i want it to be next to each other and not on seperate lines

i do not want to affect the other input filds which takes up the the whole screen

this is for a mobile app
