Keeping Zoho Docs in Zoho CRM?

Is there any way to get tighter integration with Zoho Docs and Zoho CRM so everyone who uses docs stays in the CRM?  We have looked at web tabs but paying another $15 per month per user just to get web tabs is pretty silly because everything we need is in Pro, is there any other way we could do this? thanks.
