Lack of MAJOR issues solving in Zoho!
We have been using Zoho Projects at our company for several months and I noticed that several major issues are being disregarded although they are crucial for project management.
- The ridiculous "Shift Date" feature when creating projects based on a template. Already 6 months in, and I have to calculate the number of days every time I'm creating a new project (also mentioned in threads for quite a while) Just put a project start date!!
- The slow loading of pages which is only solved by erasing everything after the # in the URL every single time
- Everything related to the dates: the dependency setting, the milestones/task list relationship which is apparently linked theoretically, but not in practice.
If that is the way problems are being handled, this is not encouraging to renew our account!!!
So either our requests are not being transmitted to developers, or you have no prioritization skills. A revamping of Zoho Projects' look should have waited until after the implementation of these basic management features.
Waiting for an actual ETA about any of these 3 issues!! We are all project managers here and we all know the need to have a time estimation and a deadline!
