Language problem

I'm one of a Japanese User.
I have a problem.
[Forums]>[New Forum Post]> Use Japanese (double byte lang)
I receive an e-mail with unreadable characters.

Japanese Language can't use this service?
(I am confirming Japanese can be used in WEB, but can't e-mail)

Please teach how to correspond.
