Late fee customization

I would like to set up late fees. I have searched and cannot figure out how to accomplish this.

Also, on the app I am unable to select the "terms" while creating an invoice. I just have to select the due date I want. This is disappointing because I use the app 99% of the time.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
